When are cats easier to spot?
Try around dawn or dusk: many cats are more active then. This is a general tendency, not a guarantee. A particular cat may follow a different routine; check its recent sightings and ask its regular carer.
Choose a cooler, consistent visit
For Dubai, use cooler conditions around your visit rather than a fixed clock time. Check the weather and choose shade. Coordinate with existing carers and keep to a predictable feeding routine, so you can learn when the cats usually appear.
Water and food in hot weather
Provide clean water in shade and refresh it regularly, even if no cat is visible at that moment. Keep feeding places clean and remove uneaten food promptly. Do not wait for a preferred viewing time if a cat needs urgent help.
